Dear Business Owner,
It’s time to place your ad in the 2012 Guide, the Chamber of Commerce’s local telephone directory. This will be the 82nd year that we have published the Guide. In our effort to have the Guide published and delivered by January 2012, we need your ad orders no later than October 30th. You may take care of your order by dropping it in the mail, bringing it to the Chamber office, or on line via our website, www.bronxvillechamber.com. Follow the simple instructions under the member-admin menu. At this time, you also have the opportunity to buy ad space on our website and in our weekly e-newsletter. Ads on the home page of our website and on the member directory pages will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We compare our home page to a Guide cover page, and the member directory pages to the yellow pages.
By placing an ad in our Guide you will be able to reach over 6,000 residents and businesses in the 10708 zip code area, thus increasing the visibility of your business in our local area. Our website is in a prime location for a basic “Bronxville” internet search, which will give your business a global presence.
We offer significantly lower rates for our Chamber members so as to recognize their contributions to the Bronxville business community. A list of Chamber members is printed in the front of the Guide on a separate page, along with a “highlighted listing” of your business (bold print) in the White Pages section and a “line listing” in the Yellow Page section. Your first choice business category is where your website listing will appear. Non-members can become Chamber members by adding their 2011 dues to the payment of the 2012 ad. If you are a member but have not yet submitted your 2011 dues, please remit that payment with your 2012 Guide information. You will not be listed in the Guide if your dues are not paid in full for this year.
Rosemary Campion of Blackbird Creative Services will once again be handling our graphic design. If you would like to create a new ad, Rosemary will be happy to create one for you, free of charge. If you would like to make changes in your ad, please call or email Rosemary. Rosemary will fax or email the corrected version back to you for your final approval. It is important that you return your corrected version of your ad to avoid running your ad “as is”. Please complete all information on your Reservation Contract and send it, along with your full payment, by October 30th. Alternatively, you may follow the easy directions to complete your transaction on line at www.bronxville.chamber.com via Paypal. Any incomplete packages, packages that do not include full payment, or that are missing payment for unpaid 2011 (current) dues will be returned. We do accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to increase the visibility of your business in our great community and to support the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce.
